A. The Contractor shall develop and provide Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Harassment Prevention in alignment with Government Code 12950.1 and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in alignment with Executive Order N-16-22. To provide to the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Assembly Bill 1825-compliant Harassment Prevention Training for a period of three (3) years as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, fees, and documentation necessary for Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) harassment prevention and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging training (DEIB). B. Contractor shall tailor training to reflect CAL FIRE’s culture, policies, and practices. All materials must be provided by the Contractor. C. Contractor shall ensure training content is designed to provide practical, hands-on awareness that addresses key operational environments, such as fire stations, incident command base camps.
