The chosen vendor will design and develop educational content (“Content”) into an engaging elearning product (“Product”) and experience consistent with the best practices and current trends in the industry. The Product should be in a Shareable Content Object Reference Model (“SCORM”) or an industry standard alternative that is compatible with the State Bar’s existing Learning Management System (LMS), including LMS tracking of course completion and other data collection and reporting functions. To this end, the State Bar seeks a full-service vendor capable of providing: substantial collaboration, effort, and structure with State Bar staff and subject matter experts; instructional design of Content into e-learning concepts; multimedia content development and strategy; development, Q & A testing, and commissioning of the Product; and Product postproduction support.
