Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall install and activate a complete standalone heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) control system and will be compensated for the services in accordance with the rates in Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, programming, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, travel, per diem, and any other item of expense necessary to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor Program (IWL) for the Health Care Facility Improvement Program (HCFIP), at the Sierra Conservation Center (SCC), located at 5100 O’Byrnes Ferry Road, Jamestown, CA 95327 .
