Specifications include, but are not limited to: State Parks is seeking a consultant to progress an existing, approved Design Development set of documents for the building renovation (drawings and specifications) into a complete set of Contract Documents suitable for competitive bidding. The complete set shall consist of drawings, specifications, and other documents necessary to describe the approved work. The Consultant will obtain all required building permits and work in coordination with WSPRC providing necessary reference materials to WSPRC to obtain all environmental, Cultural Resources, archeological permitting and Tribal coordination. Additionally, the Consultant will coordinate the Visitor Center Renovation Contract Documents with the existing approved bid ready Contract Documents for the repair of the Rock Wall into the Visitor Center bidding package.
