Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following criteria will be required of the Awarded Vendor: 1. Web-based application with user access to drug information and data related to: a. HCPCS/CPT codes crosswalk and conversion to NDC codes i. The drugs should have the ability to be referenced and categorized by reimbursement code. ii. The data base to be updated timely to reflect the latest information from the universal drug data base (i.e., to capture new HCPCS codes available and old HCPCS codes retired, etc.). b. NDC to unit conversions and/or calculators c. Medicare information - Part B and/or Part D drug coverage indicators d. Drug information such as drug dosing (minimum/maximum), Drug-Drug Interactions, Drug Age/Gender, etc. e. Diagnosis Codes (ICD-10), Drug-Disease State information 2. Data files a. Drug Pricing & NDC Crosswalk File (need frequency, updates, etc.) b. NDC Unit Conversion File c. Min/Max Dosing File d. Part B or D File 3. Data file use: a. Claims Processing – uploadable data files (recommend adding format requirements)
