To remove and replace in kind a mechanically attached 24 GA metal roofing system with flashings and other components to comprise a roofing system as follows: 1. Base Bid. a. Remove and replace the north slope of the building roof, b. Provide and install a new layer of Grace Vycor™ Ice & Water Shield® HT over the existing roof sheeting. c. Install new metal roofing like in kind to the original, specs are attached. Submittals will be required prior to approval of the product. d. Install color match Snow splitters at each vent /stack or similar obstruction. Splitters will require submittal and will need to meet industry standard for 60 LBF Snow loads. e. Upon discovery and quantification of any areas of degraded or rotten siding trim, nailers or substrate or similar deficiencies the contractor shall provide a proposal to the district to complete appropriate repairs; Rates will be reflective of industry standards and costs. The District may elect to contract repairs separately. f.
