The contractor shall perform the following tasks: • Utilize existing headend enclosures, boards, and power supplies in the Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF). • Repair and maintain doors and access control systems at the following locations: o Quad Room Door: Replace one (1) door contact. o Great Room Door: Replace one (1) door loop. o Bay 4 Interior Door: Replace one (1) card reader. o Courtyard Door: Replace one (1) door loop. o Laundry Room Door: Replace one (1) door strike with HES 5000. o Bay 1 Door: Replace one (1) door strike with HES 9600. o Bay 2: Address no power to keypads (inside and out) and door not locking. o Bay 3: Address door not closing fully. o Bldg. 25 West Entry Door: Replace Von Duprin crash bar and install one (1) door contact for non-electrified door. o Bldg. 25 East Entry Door: Install one (1) door contact for non-electrified door. o Bldg. 25 North Entry Door: Install one (1) door contact for non-electrified door. o Classroom 9 Door: Replace one (1) card reader. o Rear Diamond Double Door: Address loose center pole, potentially requiring replacement. • Replace eleven (11) Bosch key card readers. • Reuse existing wiring and hardware where specified.
