Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove existing wood door 197A and salvage all existing hardware. Existing hinges and closer to remain. Install new wood door (3’-0” x 7’-0” PSC-FLUSH-NON-RTD- RACEWAY) to receive existing hinges, closer and door frame. (See attached Sheet A132 - 1 st Floor Finish Plan – South, for location of door 197A) Install ElectrifiedLock LV908L-EU-RX 17A LC L283-239 Install MOR Cylinder HS’G L/CORE 30-137 All openings in strike of door frame shall be repaired and repainted to match existing frame Frame shall be reworked to accept new strike for Electric Lock set Coordinate the connection of the wiring and electrical equipment required to interface with door operator/controls and any other electrical control/monitoring systems either existing or supplied by others for door 197A Coordinate the connection of the access control systems, card readers, programmable logic, wiring from card reader to operator, signals and wiring from remote locations to door operator(s) for door 197A Coordinate the disconnection and reconnection of the burglar alarm contacts for 197A Obtain lien release from all sub-contractors and material suppliers before final payment.
