Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Work and Service: Work and service under this contract consists of providing all labor, tools, and equipment to furnish and/or maintain portable chemical toilet units. 2. Term: The term of this contract, if awarded, shall commence on and terminate on 5/30/2023 . 3. Definitions: The term "unit" as used herein refers to one (1) complete toilet building, each consisting of one (1) urinal, one (1) commode, and one (1) tank (75 gallon minimum). The term "furnish" as used in the Bid Form and elsewhere in these Specifications includes the delivery of the chemical toilet unit to the State Parks listed on the Bid Form. 4. Toilet Building: The building shall be a patented chemical-type toilet mounted on suitable skids. Minimum wall thickness shall be . Interior and exterior colors will be selected by the State, which reserves the right to choose two different exterior colors and one interior color. Colors shall be . 5. Quantity and Placement of Chemical Toilet Units: The initial quantity of chemical toilet units to be furnished will be ordered in writing by the Winter Recreation Program Manager or his/her representative. Increases or decreases from this quantity will be made only on written order by the Winter Recreation Program Manager or his/her representative. He/she may reject any unit which is determined not to be in conformance with these specifications. The contractor will place the toilet units. Specific location will be designated by the Winter Recreation Program Manager or his/her representative. Because of necessity, park personnel may move units. The units will be moved in a manner designated by the contractor. Park personnel shall not be held liable for any damage incurred through such movement.
