Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all tools, labor and equipment necessary to provide snow removal services to Donner Summit SNO-Park. 1. Contractor shall provide snow removal services at Donner Summit SNO-Park located along Interstate 80 at the Castle Peak exit. Services will be performed for four (4) consecutive snow seasons. Season will begin November 1st and conclude May 30th. Contractor is responsible for plowing and removal snow from the following areas: A. Access Road: Contractor shall remove all snow from the full width of the access road; beginning at Boreal Inn and continuing to the parking lot entrance. Snow removal must must accommodate vehicle parking on both sides of the roadway and ability for two lanes of traffic. 1. Upon additional request: Contractor shall additionally remove all snow from the Caltrans sand shed to the Boreal Inn B. Parking Lot Loop: Contractor shall removal all snow from the parking lot loop located east of the Boreal Inn. Snow removal must provide sufficient space to safely enter, park, turn around, and leave the SNO-Park site. C. Restroom Access: Contractor shall remove all snow from the entryways and tops of the vault and portable toilet units. Snow shall not be allowed to damage or block access to any of the two locations of restroom facilities. D. Dumpster Access: Contractor shall remove all snow from top and front of dumpster to allow Access. Snow shall not be allowed to damage or block access to the dumpster. E. Sign Obstructions: Contractor shall remove all snow in front of the SNO-Park signs. Snow shall not be allowed to obstruct the signs in any way
