A. Zone A – Lobby, Restrooms, Kitchen & Cafeteria Areas (See Appendix Maps) Service Frequency Provided three (3) times a week- Monday, Wednesday & Friday of 15,000 sq. ft. areas to be specified at mandatory job walkthrough and outlined on annex map labeled “Lobby, Restrooms, Kitchen & Cafeteria Areas” or Zone A. Provided with the option to increase to seven (7) days per week should an emergency declaration/activation/Covid related event/other require the warehouse to be operational twenty-four /seven (24/7) i. Services to Be Performed at Each Scheduled Visit 1. Trash Removal – Empty and clean all trash containers. Dispose of all refuse in designated waste collection areas and replace all plastic liners on premises. 2. Recycling – Empty and clean all recycling containers. Dispose of materials in the designated recycling receptacles, located in the truck trailer parking lot, and replace all plastic liners on premises. 3. Restroom Floors & Fixtures – Wet mop all restroom floors using appropriate cleaning agents to maintain sanitary, odor-free conditions. Clean all mirrors, washbasins, surrounding surfaces, toilet bowls, and urinals with a germicidal solution. 4. Kitchen Floors & Fixtures – Wet mop all kitchen floors and maintain sanitary, odor-free conditions. Clean all countertops, washbasins, surrounding surfaces, and sink bowls with a germicidal solution. 5. Cafeteria Cleaning – Clean and disinfect all cafeteria tables using wet cleaning methods. Wipe all chairs, tables, and surrounding surfaces thoroughly. Arrange chairs neatly under tables to maintain a visually tidy and organized appearance. 6. Restroom Supplies – Furnish and replenish all restroom supplies, including hand soap, paper towels, sanitary napkins, seat covers, and toilet tissue. 7. General Paper Towel Supply – Furnish and replenish paper towels in all designated areas, including restrooms, kitchen, and cafeteria. Replace batteries in restroom paper towel dispensers as needed. 8. Restroom Garbage Liners – Replace all restroom garbage can liners as needed. 9. Restroom Spot Cleaning – Spot clean doors, doorframes, and walls within restrooms to remove dirt, smudges, and stains. 10.Hard Surface Floors & Carpet Areas - Sweep or dust-mop all hard surface floors, including stairways and hallways. Carpet sweep or vacuum all carpeted areas. 11.Dusting - Dust the tops of furniture, counters, cabinets, and windowsills that are free of interfering objects. 12.Spot Cleaning Floors & Carpets - Remove spots, spills, and stains from carpets, rugs, hard floors, hallways, and stairways. 13.Entrance Glass Cleaning – Clean all entrance doors and adjacent windows, removing fingerprints, smudges, and other marks from glass surfaces. 14.Sanitary Napkin Disposal – Empty sanitary napkin receptacles and replace liners. 15.Storage of Cleaning Materials – All cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment shall be stored in accordance with manufacturer instructions and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Storage areas shall be secure, properly labeled, and maintained to prevent leaks, spills, or unsafe conditions.
