The District is seeking a 10 gigabit symmetrical Internet service connection at the Sequoia Union High School District office’s Network Operations Center at 480 James Avenue, Redwood City, California. This service shall be delivered through fiber optics cable provided by the Internet Service Provider contracted to provide that service. The District has a CIDR (/20) of public IP addresses that will need to be transferred from the current ISP. The District will also be seeking support for eBGP. Many of the District’s critical communication services are Internet dependent. A service level agreement needs to include 24x7 performance monitoring and escalation procedures that include easy access to telephone-based support. This service will be contracted for 60 months and will be billed monthly. All construction work, commissioning and turn-up of Internet service must be completed by July 1, 2025.
