Each SOQ will be evaluated as a pass or fail against the following criteria listed below and as described in Section 4. Respondent shall provide information for the statements listed below as part of the submittal. 3.1 Firm Qualifications 1. Based on your firm’s expertise and qualifications, please explain why your firm and/or team is best suited to provide the services requested under this solicitation. 2. Provide your firm’s overall experience, technical competence, and qualifications to provide the required services. Highlight your firm’s qualifications relative to the minimum qualifications of the RFQ. 3. Provide number of years your firm has been in existence and its ability to provide services through the duration of the project period
