The City of Palmdale (“CITY”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, consultants, or individuals to provide disaster debris monitoring and related support services within the City’s jurisdiction. The goal is to establish one or more agreements to ensure rapid mobilization, regulatory compliance, and efficient recovery operations following a natural or man-made disaster. This RFP is part of the CITY’s broader disaster preparedness strategy and aims to support timely, cost-effective cleanup operations that meet federal and state reimbursement requirements, especially those set forth by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This RFP is designed to ensure the City of Palmdale has the resources, expertise, and readiness to manage disaster debris operations quickly, safely, and in full compliance with all regulations.
