Specifications include, but are not limited to: Seeking individual to continue and expand the current golf youth program at Tregnan Golf Academy to other golf facilities in the City with a focus to youth, family and seniors. Requires the ongoing development and implementation of a golf class curriculum for these groups under various ability levels and accommodating those with special needs in accordance with Professional Golfers' Association of America (PGA) guidelines. Participants in the program are to learn the rules, etiquette, and safety regulations of golf; receive skill development instruction to compete in golf tournaments and learn to play the game at an advanced level. Director of instruction to supervise approximately 10 part time staff employed by the City, Department of Recreation and Parks.
