Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Digital marketing campaigns utilizing a combination of Programmatic Display, Paid Search with (keywords plus display plus retargeting; demographic, contextual, interest and behavioral targeting) and Paid Social (on a variety of channels potentially including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.) • Unlimited creative design (still and video remix) and copy writing/keyword curation for entire campaign / Ability to optimize content based on campaign performance (Zero billable hours) • Vendor to pay for our digital placements with third-party vendors (Facebook, Google, etc.) • Looking for the flexibility to change up the messaging, programming and shift media channels as needed throughout the campaign to optimize results • Provide strategy recommendations related to first party data and location targeting that allow campaign optimization to CSUSB target audience. • Increase CSUSB website visitation with quality candidates; Creating a top-down marketing funnel that we can track. (We want to track the amount of time they are on our sites and how often they visit. This should be viewable in our dashboards/reports.) The awarded vendor will produce unlimited creative (text ads, display, video remix, etc.) in support of various campaigns with review and approval by CSUSB. We will provide existing assets (such as program-specific photos, videos, logos, fonts, etc.) and support the awarded vendor with sourcing new assets as needed. The awarded vendor will provide market research support and competitive advertising analysis with budget recommendations including information on future changes and current performance.
