Task 1 - Establish Goals for a successful Master Plan a) Modernize EchoWater Facility aging infrastructure i. RTP Replacement Project ii. PLC-5 Replacement iii. PLC Network Infrastructure iv. Maintenance Network Infrastructure v. PCCS Network and DCS Infrastructure b) Identify and develop pathway for creating or updating programming standards, I&C design guidelines, I&C specifications, business practices, and cybersecurity policies to align with industry standards and best practices c) Evaluate the future of the Emerson Ovation DCS with respect to replacement of all RTP I/O equipment with PLC based I/O equipment. d) Other CES OT Topics Anticipated Deliverables Task 1: • Agreed upon list of goals to guide Task 2 • Meeting Minutes with Action Items and Decisions Task 2 – Assessment of Current Conditions a) Perform a series of workshops with EchoWater staff to evaluate known issues from each stakeholder’s perspective. b) Coordinate with District staff to assess the existing architecture, control diagrams, hardware and software, typical related drawings, cybersecurity policies, etc. The overall scope is to highlight the elements that will support the design criteria for replacement or upgrade. c) Understand the organization’s capabilities to support the current system
