A. Develop, coordinate and execute two (2) DOC trainings with associated documentation. B. Ensure that key participants and planners are contacted to participate in scheduled planning meetings from all participating departments and divisions. C. Work with HEP program staff to determine plans, procedures and/or policies and capabilities to be tested and develop corresponding training goals and objectives for participating staff. This may include revisions, development and updates to necessary/relevant plans working with the HEP program staff. D. Plan, schedule, and organize meetings with HEP program staff to meet training objectives and conduct, record, and share results of meetings (which may be held virtually). E. Develop and submit training planning and evaluation documents, including, but not limited to: 1. Job action sheets for all DOC roles identified in the Organizational Chart 2. Modified ICS-214 forms, as necessary 3. Agendas, minutes, sign-in sheets for all meetings, conferences and trainings 4. Training Plans 5. Training Evaluation Guides
