● Web Policy Standards (Attachment D or any updated standard by LADOT PM) ○ Website domain name (Section 1.1) ○ Any public-facing login for these type of services should have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or 2-step verification (2SV) (Section 1.9) ○ Web Application Firewall (WAF) (Section 2.4) and https (Section 5) ○ Protect Web form (Section 6) ○ Follow city guidelines for website design (Section 8) ○ Include the City branding bar for consistent identity and branding (Section 9) ○ Use of Angeleno account for external and single sign on for internal sites (Section 16, Section 7.4) ○ ADA accessibility (Section 10) ○ Multi-language website (Section 11) ○ Website compatibility across devices and browsers (Section 12) ○ Create LADOT Payment Portal that is PCI compliant (Similar to Section 17) ● Project standards ○ Specifications of the various applications will be provided to the consultant before work on the concepts start. ○ General description of the project is described in Section 2.3 Task 3 below ○ The consultant shall provide ■ Proof of concept designs for the proposed applications specifications ■ Once the design of the application is approved by LADOT Staff, the consultant will then develop the approved web application using industry standard tools (.Net Core, Microsoft SQL, etc… ) for LADOT. ■ A robust application logging mechanism for easy debugging ○ Each project will follow the tasks below. Details will be described in Section 2.3 ■ Task 1 Weekly progress and code review meetings with Project Manager.
