Specifications include, but are not limited to: OSP requires a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services to maintain the operation of the Ameri-Shred AMS-12500. The Contractor shall provide SRC with equipment maintenance services for the Ameri-Shred AMS-12500 located at 3240 Industrial Blvd., West Sacramento, CA, 95605. OSP shall make available to the Contractor the required manuals, drawings, and instructions associated with this machinery. Maintenance does not include repairs of heavy electrical-related problems outside of the equipment. Workdays, Hours, and State Holidays Preventative maintenance shall occur during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, excluding State holidays. The Contractor shall respond to requests for repair services within two (2) hours of being contacted and be onsite to provide services within four (4) hours. After-hours services must be available for repair services as determined by the State. After-hours are Monday through Friday from 2:30 pm to 6:00 am. Any unapproved work hours will be performed at the Contractor's own expense. The contractor is not expected to work on weekends or state holidays. The current State holidays are New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, President's Day, Cesar Chavez Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
