The following is not necessarily an exhaustive list of what is required to be included in the Transit Center Restroom Design. However, the successful consultant is expected to provide the following services. 3.1 Site Assessment and Concept Development Evaluation of existing restroom facility Preliminary replacement design concepts Stakeholder engagement; 3.2 Design Components Architectural, structural, electrical, and plumbing plans as appropriate to the proposed solution Selection/specification of materials, finishes, and restroom technologies Cost estimating and value engineering; 3.3 Permitting and Bidding Support Assist with permit submittals Respond to bidder inquiries and provide addenda; 3.4 Construction Administration Submittal review Construction observation Final inspection assistance
