The proposed services shall include, but are not be limited to, providing design services to evaluate the existing SCADA system at WWRF that closely mirrors WRCRWA SCADA system. The Consultant will be responsible for conducting site investigations at both WWRF and WRCRWA preparing a preliminary design report that identifies the specific upgrades required at WWRF to achive this alignment. In addition, the consultant will prepare preliminary plans and final design plans, technical specifications, and public bidding documents, conduct design workshops, and provide bid-phase and construction-phase support services. The consultant will be responsible for developing a SCADA operating and commissioning plan and providing technical support services during system startup and commissioning.
