1) Veterans Park Refurbishment - The preparation of the plans, specifications, and estimate for the construction of a shade sail at the outdoor fitness center, a community amphitheater with a lawn, two therapeutic gardens with signage, two picnic areas, a walking trail system, public art, improved landscaping throughout the park, renovation of the basketball, tennis, futsal, and volleyball courts, and improvements to the interior of the Ross Hall Recreation Center & Cultural Center; and 2) Veterans Park Restroom Renovation - The preparation of the plans, specifications, and estimate for the renovation of the outdoor restroom adjacent to the ballfield. It is the intent of the City to select a single consultant or consultants to provide the requested architectural design services. However, the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses received in response to this Request for Proposals (RFP).
