Administrative Services: coordination, management and documentation of services Emergency Care: services to address urgent dental issues that require immediate attention. Diagnostic Services: comprehensive and periodic dental examination, a thorough evaluation of the oral health, including X-rays and oral cancer screening. Preventive Care: regular dental check-ups, professional teeth cleaning, fluoride treatment, oral health education and X-rays and diagnostic services. Restorative Treatment: fillings (repairing cavities with materials like composite resin or amalgam), RCT (treating infected or damaged pulp inside the tooth) for teeth that can be restored with direct restorations. All comprehensive dental treatment may not be provided on site and Patient may need to seek outside dental provider. Periodontal Care: scaling and root planning (deep cleaning to treat gum disease), and periodontal maintenance (ongoing care to manage gum disease). Prosthodontic Treatment: removable prosthesesthat are medically necessary for eating and function. Services that are only cosmetic shall not be provided. The patient is responsible for any additional advanced prosthodontics treatments by an Outside Provider.
