The Project consists of: a. Grind and remove existing asphalt pavement to a depth of 3 inches, approximately 76,000 square feet. b. Install petromat paving fabric to mitigate future surface cracking. c. Install new hot mix asphalt pavement, 3 inches thick, over approximately 76,000 square feet. d. Re-stripe all areas to match the existing configuration, including parking stalls, directional arrows, fire lanes, and ADA markings. e. Retouch parking lot spaces, curbs and directional markings to match existing in two parking lots. f. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California contractors’ license(s): (1) California Class A (General Engineering) and/or Class B (General Building)
