Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Riverside (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive plan administration, record keeping, enrollment, education services, trustee and asset custodial services for the City’s 457, 401(a) deferred compensation plans and retirement health savings plans, for a term of five (5) years. The submissions will be evaluated based on the criteria detailed within this Request for Proposals (RFP). If the selected offer is not the existing vendor(s), the City would like to transition from its current retirement plan provider(s) to the new vendor(s) with a target effective date of July 1, 2017. The submitted proposals will be evaluated on the vendor’s ability to provide recordkeeping, communication/education, investment capabilities, and the overall fee structure provided by the vendor.
