Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, material, and equipment required to complete the installation of the heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems as indicated on the drawings and described herein, including all incidental work necessary to make it complete and satisfactory and ready for operation. Work shall include, but not be limited to, the following principal items: 1. Air conditioning units. 2. Filters. 3. Counterbalanced backdraft dampers. 4. Roof curb adapters. 5. Air distribution equipment including grilles, registers, and diffusers. 6. Ductwork systems complete with necessary volume dampers, access doors, hangers, supports, and accessories for the following service: a. Air transfer. 7. Cleaning of existing duct systems. 8. Miscellaneous, including instruments, sleeves, flashings, tags and marking, and all accessories and items necessary for a complete installation. 9. Testing and adjusting all system components. 10.
