INTRODUCTION
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, effective June 11, 2025.
This acquisition is full and open competition.
DESCRIPTION
The US Geological Survey, Flagstaff Science Campus, requires 1 Gbps Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) as described in the attached Statement of Work.
The USGS requires a base year plus 2 option years.
RELEVANT INFORMATION
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517111, Wired Telecommunications Carriers, and associated size standard 1,500 applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code DG10 IT and Telecom - Network as a Service.
SITE VISIT
A site visit is scheduled for Monday, August 04, 2025, at 10:00am Pacific Time (PT). Please RSVP to the Contract Specialist, Liz Adam, at eadam@usgs.gov. ALL VISITORS MUST HAVE A GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID.
All services will be performed at the Flagstaff Science Campus located at 2255 North Gemini Drive, Flagstaff, AZ 86001-1637. The site visit is at this location.

SUBMISSION OF QUOTES
Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Liz Adam, Contract Specialist, at eadam@usgs.gov and must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than Friday, August 08, 2025, at 12:00pm ET. Quotes submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered.
Offerors are to include a technical description of the services being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Evaluation Criteria, which is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, (LPTA), (see Attachment). This may include product literature, references, or other documents, if necessary.

Estimated Period of Performance:
Base Year: 09/01/2025 to 08/31/2026
Option Year One: 09/01/2026 to 08/31/2027
