The selected operator will outline their specific approach to deliver services aimed at reducing unsheltered homelessness in Davis. The purpose of this solicitation is to secure an experienced on-site operator to oversee the provision of all programmatic aspects of the Respite Center during hours of operation in mutual agreement including, but not limited to: Adopting a Housing First approach to service delivery; Implementing trauma-informed practices in participant interactions; Providing staff experienced in case management approaches and community outreach; Certified Enhanced Care Management (ECM) provider designation desirable. Ability to begin planning upon award and through execution of the City’s Professional Services Agreement and optimally assuming oversight by mid-November, 2025.
