Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing Day Reporting Center Services, hereinafter referred to as “DRC,” with the goals of 1) promoting the reintegration of adult offenders into the community, and 2) reducing the risk of recidivism. The County is soliciting proposals from Proposers to provide the County with Day Reporting Center Services at a Proposer owned or leased facility for adult offenders who have been released from prison on postrelease community supervision (“PCS”) and other adult offenders under the supervision of Probation. Day Reporting Center Services include but are not limited to evidence-based practices, drug and alcohol testing, cognitive behavior therapy, life skills, job training, substance abuse counseling, educational services, and relapse prevention.
