01.14.26 The purpose of this amendment is the following:
a. Provide clarification in 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 regarding the required factors of evaluation, which include meeting the technical requirement of providing the brand name line item and documentation regarding being an authorized distributor of the required brand name line item.
b. Instruct vendors that during the solicitation process, the only point of contact that should be contacted is the below Contracting POC as noted in the request for quote. Victoria Torres victoria.torres@va.gov
Please see attached request for quote. Solicitation is a Data Innovations Brand Name Requirement. Submission of your response shall be received not later than Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 3:00 P.M. PST to victoria.torres@va.gov.
Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f).
