This is a sources sought notice for information and acquisition planning purposes. This is not a request for proposal (RFP) and a formal solicitation is not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government to issue an RFP, contract, or order. The Government will not pay for any effort expended or any material provided in response to this announcement, nor will the Government return any data provided.
Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) is seeking small business concerns to provide analysis, software and system engineering and analysis, development, application and customization, and technical writing services to assist the Southwest Regional Maintenance Center (SWRMC) and a small portion of COMNAVSURFPAC (CNSP) with carrying out its duties and responsibilities to manage and track ship repairs and associated contracts, purchases, funds administration and related metrics using the NAVSEA Fusion Suite of applications.
The anticipated contract will include one (1) base year and four (4) one year option periods. The anticipated period performance is as follows: Base Year: 27 FEB 2026 - 26 FEB 2027; Option Year 1: 27 FEB 2027 - 26 FEB 2028; Option Year 2: 27 FEB 2028 - 26 FEB 2029; Option Year 3: 27 FEB 2029 - 26 FEB 2030; Option Year 4: 27 FEB 2030 - 26 FEB 2031.
SWRMC is contemplating award of one fixed-fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services.
This is a brand new contract award.
Interested vendors should submit a capability statement (not to exceed five pages) that demonstrates their capability to perform the services described herein. The capability statement shall include:
- Point of contact (POC) for company information;
- Business size (small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, HUBZone, veteran-owned, or service-disabled veteran-owned);
- Company’s technical capabilities.
Responses from interested vendors should contain the following:
- The company’s specific technical skills to ensure successful requirement performance;
- List work the company has performed or is performing in support of the same or similar requirements;
- Detail the company’s capability to perform greater than 50% of the required efforts, if categorized as a small business;
- Detail whether the company has managed a task of this nature before; and
- Detail whether the company has managed a team of subcontractors, and if so, how many
