Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Air Resources Board (CARB) seeks to procure (1) Data Acquisition and Control System for HD Chassis Dynamometer with a warranty, supplies, on-site installation, and training. These specifications are to describe the minimum requirements for a control and data acquisition system for the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Depot Park Facility located at 8311 Galena Avenue, Sacramento, California. The system shall comprise a control and data acquisition system for a heavy-duty vehicle chassis dyno testing facility that includes a partial flow sampling system, raw exhaust flow measurement system, scale system and gaseous sampling system. The system shall meet or exceed the requirements set forth in Title 40, Code of Federal Regulation, Part 1065 (40 CFR Part 1065), latest version that pertain to data acquisition systems. The vendor may substitute a piece of equipment if it is equivalent (comparable) to the technology or specifications requested in this document.
