This Scope of Work includes procurement and delivery of approved drinking fountains that meet City of Tracy specifications, see attachment C. The contractor is to procure and deliver at the time of install. Start-up, operate, and make necessary adjustments to ensure each unit is functioning optimally per manufacturer recommendations prior to shipping the units. All materials needed to replace the water fountains are the responsibility of the contractor. The selected Contractor shall: • Source and supply new fully functional drinking fountains. • Ensure all units meet applicable national/local plumbing, electrical, and accessibility codes (e.g., ADA compliance). • Drinking fountains must include the following features (as applicable): o Indoor or outdoor use specification o Vandal-resistant fixtures o Stainless steel or rust-resistant finish o Sensor or push-button activation • Provide manufacturer warranty and user manuals for all units. • Ensure all items are delivered undamaged and in original packaging.
