The HIV Health Services (HHS), a division of the Department of Public Health (“City” or “DPH”), is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide administrative and operational support Services for the San Francisco HIV Frontline Organizing Group (SF HIV FOG) program. Services include coordination of program activities and stakeholder engagement, development and dissemination of educational and awareness communications, and delivery of capacity-building trainings and professional development opportunities for frontline HIV service providers. The goal is to enhance collaboration, improve service delivery, and support the well-being of client-facing workers serving people living with or at risk for HIV in San Francisco.
