Contractor will complete the following tasks: 1. Project Manager: Assign a dedicated At-The-Elbow (ATE) Project Manager. This individual will serve as the single point of contact for planning and coordination of ATE support needs across the service locations and will provide overall project management services for the duration of the awarded contract. This individual will work with the BHS Epic Project Director and additional project managers to create the Project Plan. Overall project management services include but are not limited to the following: a. Manage all Contractor ATE Go-Live Resources including hiring, onboarding, and scheduling. b. Manage and report ATE staff scheduling. c. Manage any schedule changes and adapt staff scheduling as needed. d. Provide real-time tracking of quality and numbers of end-user engagement. e. Present findings to various stakeholders and in a variety of forums. f. Assign oversight roles for each site location. g. Provide continuous (24 hours per day / 7 days per week) coverage as needed. h. Document all Contractor activities related to Go-live and present as work products and a comprehensive deliverable. i. Support DPH, EHR vendors, and end users to confirm that Go-Live issues are reported in the ticketing system, triaged for decisions, and resolved in a timely manner. 2. Project Plan: Produce a Project Plan specifying project deliverables, key milestones, meetings, activities, and timelines for both the Contractor and DPH. Contractor and DPH will review the Contractor’s proposed Project Plan, validating that it meets DPH’s requirements as defined in this procurement.
