Removal and disposal of one roll up door. Supply and install one roll up coiling grille door 1. Door must be a Cookson Extreme 324 B performance grill or equivalent. 2. Door motor to be3- 1/2HP/460v/3ph with auxiliary hand chain 3. Roll up door to be rated at 300,000 life cycle 4. Door to open at 24” per second and close at 12” per second 5. Roll up grill to consist of HD links, 5/16”aluminum rod, aluminum spacers with 9” link spacing. 6. Door 7. Door hood to be 24g in grey factory finish. 8. Door curtain to have heavy duty extruded aluminum slopped bottom bar in mill finish 9. Electrical to be connected to operator by contractor. Electrical supplied by ISD. 10. Door to have surface mounted constant pressure activation switch. 11. Door to cover approximate opening of 25ft wide and 12 ft high and be verified by winning vendor. 12. Existing roll up to be removed and disposed of by vendor. 13. Winning vendor to supply all required tools and machinery for installation. 14. Winning vendor to maintain a clean and organized work place. 15. Work to be completed within one business day. 16. Work to be performed at prevailing wage.
