Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project shall include, at minimum, the following items to support the marketing of Don’t Think, Know: 3.1 Online Marketing 3.1.1 With input from the HIV, STD, and Hepatitis Branch (HSHB) of Public Health Services (PHS), select appropriate online and social media platforms for Don’t Think, Know advertising and promotion within 30 days of contract execution. 3.1.2 Adapt existing program artwork and/or create new artwork and multimedia within four months of contract execution. 3.1.3 Begin online and social media advertising within five months of contract execution. Manage advertising on selected online and social media platforms through the length of the contract. 3.2 Physical Marketing 3.2.1 With input from HSHB and based on the target population and areas of highest chlamydia and gonorrhea morbidity, select appropriate physical marketing venues for Don’t Think, Know advertising and promotion within 30 days of contract execution.
