The Contractor shall provide kitchen cleaning services for all of the equipment as identified: (1). Quarterly Services (Every three [3] months.) a. 11’ x 4’ Fryer/Char Broiler Griddle Exhaust System. b. 9’ x 4’ Range/Griddle/Fryer/Broiler Exhaust System. c. 15’ x 5’ Kettles/Range/Griddle/Fryer Exhaust System. d. 6’ x 5’ Pizza Oven Exhaust System. e. 4’ x 4’ Pasta Cooker Exhaust System. f. 8’ x 4’ Baking Oven/Steam Oven Exhaust System. g. 5’x 3’ Dishwasher Exhaust System in dishwashing room. (2). Semi-Annual Services (Every six [6] months.) a. 5’ x 2’ x 120’ Vertical and Horizontal Duct and Exhaust System: 1. Include all horizontal ducting from vertical transition to each individual exhaust system. A vertical to horizontal access panel is located ten feet (10’) north of column G-10-1E (in hallway). A horizontal access panel is located at sixteen feet (16’) north and two feet (2’) west of column F-11- 1E (in kitchen). The duct splits at this point south – east. 2. The vertical duct system’s exhaust fan is located on the building’s roof. The Contractor shall include cleaning services for all ducting, exhaust fan and assembly. b. Dishwasher exhaust fan, spiral ducting and motor assembly, located on the seventh (7th) floor, are not accessible, and therefore are NOT included in this Agreement.
