Specifications include, but are not limited to: The DMV Headquarters cafeteria exhaust hood, duct cleaning service; ANSUL extinguishing system inspection and certification; Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform cafeteria exhaust hood and duct cleaning services, ANSUL fire extinguishing system inspection and certification, and as-needed ANSUL fire extinguishing system replacement part installation at the DMV Headquarters for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement. a. 11’ x 4’ Fryer/Char Broiler Griddle Exhaust System. b. 9’ x 4’ Range/Griddle/Fryer/Broiler Exhaust System. c. 15’ x 5’ Kettles/Range/Griddle/Fryer Exhaust System. d. 6’ x 5’ Pizza Oven Exhaust System. e. 4’ x 4’ Pasta Cooker Exhaust System. f. 8’ x 4’ Baking Oven/Steam Oven Exhaust System. g. 5’x 3’ Dishwasher Exhaust System in dishwashing room.
