A. Kick-off meeting and a minimum of three progress meetings with City staff coinciding with major milestones in the Project. B. Removal and disposal of all pumping structures, concrete pads, building structure to include the testing and proper removal and disposal of any asbestos materials within and outside the pump house buildings, piping, electrical and SCADA panels, conduits and electric wires, disconnect of electric power and meter in compliance with PG&E requirements and abandonment of wells per the requirements of San Joaquin County, Environment Health Department. C. Prepare technical Plans and Specifications for bidding per City of Stockton Standard Plans and Specifications and Municipal Utilities Department (MUD) requirements. The Consultant shall submit to MUD the 50%, 90%, and 100% design plans and specifications for MUD review. D. The final signed and stamped plans and technical specifications shall include the following: 1. One full size of plans set (24”x36”), ready for signature 2. Provide electronic copies of plans and technical specifications to MUD in pdf and Microsoft Word format respectively. 3. Engineer’s Estimate of construction cost, and project schedule. E. Provide bidding assistance, which includes responding to addenda, design clarification and to any technical questions during bidding.
