A. Kick-off meeting to mark the commencement of the project, followed by a couple of progress meetings with City staff. The timing of these meetings shall coincide with major milestones in the Project. B. The design and construction of a new air conditioning building to house a new TTHM Analyzer and to relocate the three (3) existing Water Quality Analyzers (WAC-1, WAC-6, and WAC-7) into this new building with all their designed piping, valves, electric conduits, PLC, SCADA wirings, and programming. The area to construct this building is on the north side of existing Treated Water Reservoir (Asbuild Drawing Sheet No. GC-3 – Site Control Point and Curve Data Plan I, Drawing Sheet No. C-21 – Yard Piping Plan, and Drawing Sheet No. GE-10 – Electrical Site Plan 8). C. Prepare technical Plans and Specifications and submit to Municipal Utilities Department (MUD) the 50%, 90%, 100% design plans and specifications for their review. D. The design/build consultant shall provide final signed and stamped plans, and technical specifications to include the following: 1. Engineer’s Estimate 2. One (1) digital and hard copy of final plans (22”x34”) and specifications, ready for City signature
