Contractor shall provide to the CDT for the term of this Agreement: A. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, qualified personnel, supervision, hardware, services, project specifications, project manuals, project plans/drawings, travel, and pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license, certifications, fees and all other direct and indirect costs necessary to replacing and upgrading the existing power plants to Vertiv NetSure 7100 in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement to perform the required work.
