Specifications include, but are not limited to: Abatement of Buildings and Site on former dairy land. Earthwork for both Mass Grading Phase 1 where the Park will be located and Phase 2 for the balance of the entire site. Includes all earthwork activities for the Park plan set inclusive of but not limited to all mass grading, rough grading, over-excavation, backfilling, and final fine grading. In addition to the earthwork activities scope within this bid category will include demolition, erosion control, and soldier beam/lagging shoring for the building structure as noted. Note that this project is limited to only one bid category. Activities for this bid are combined into a single master schedule which includes this project (demo) as well as the complete build out of the Complex. This project schedule is all inclusive for the mass grading bid as well as the balance of all other activities which will be bid at a later time.
