The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a source of supply for contractors with IT specialized skills. Due to the dynamic nature of each project’s requirements, the District cannot predict the number of projects and/or consultants that will be needed throughout the term of the contract. Therefore, the District makes no guarantees, either stated or implied, about the demand of resources. All required services will be awarded through issuance of Purchase Orders among pre-qualified contractors. The District retains the right to also solicit and evaluate proposals from other contractors if it believes the District may be better served.
