Specifications include, but are not limited to: Develop innovative solutions to improving business operations and plans, and document internal non-profit business needs. Establish goals and metrics to evaluate implementation of strategies and tactics to improve business operations. Assess the overall effectiveness of the development program, ensure that development functions are effectively structured and staffed, develop and oversee performance measures and monitor results. Work with the Board and the Executive Director to assure sound, multi-year, fiscal development operations. This includes preparation of timely, accurate and comprehensive income and expense budgets/projections, reporting, and monitoring of philanthropic contributions. Identify potential federal and private grant funding opportunities. Ensure necessary reporting and documentation obligations are achieved and delivered within agreed upon timelines.
