A. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 1 The district is requesting bids for Brands/Products (or pre-approved equivalent) as specified on the itemized bid sheets. No substitutions will be accepted without preapproval from the District as per the Substitution Request procedures below. 2 District will have the option to order any of the specified brands which may vary for each request. Bidder must offer all listed brands and models for each line item. 3 Bidder is to provide only one price for the entire specified size range as indicated on the itemized bid forms. (ie: Size XS-XL T-Shirt must be one price for each print option.) Price ranges within a single cell will not be accepted and may result in a non-responsive bid. Bid pricing shall apply to all available colors as shown on product specification sheets (Attachment A). 4 All merchandise shall be new. 5 All items shall be screen-printed other than items with the embroidery cost alternative. 6 All pricing is to include the cost of the apparel, print charges and shipping/delivery (F.O.B. destination). 7 Ink Flash / Highlight (when required to achieve proper opacity and intensity to print light colors on dark apparel) must be included in all print option pricing. This layer will not be counted as a print color. 8 Embroidery fee shall be a flat fee for a 3.25" Diameter Circular Logo (color, artwork and text will vary) See example (Attachment B) 9 Bidder is not required to bid every brand of the Manufacturers Discount page, however, all print options for screenprint and embroidery fees on that page must be bid to be considered for award of Manufacturer Percentage Off Discount...
