Contractor shall provide crowd control services to the University as described herein and accordance with prevailing industry standards of quality and care for all requested events, on an “as requested” basis, to include day and night shifts. B. Contractor shall provide the following services: 1. Crowd control/management a. Patron pat-down and/or bag search b. Confiscate all prohibited items c. Crowd management; emergency response and evacuation d. Access management/security e. Security checks and monitoring entry/exit points f. Use of metal detection g. Monitor compliance of University policies 2. Guest Service Responsibilities a. Greet guests b. Scan tickets; troubleshoot ticket issues c. Ensure patrons are sitting in correct seats d. Access control and credential check in e. Monitor compliance of University policies
