Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor Responsibilities: Contractor duties in support of events at BAPAC will include the provision of trained personnel for the following: ⢠Crowd control security services, including setup of secure perimeter, entry screening (including hand held metal detector screening, walk through magnetometer screening and operation, bag and personnel searching), alcohol control, access control, crowd management, property patrol, backstage security, fire watch, conflict resolution, assisting in emergency situations, providing directions and answering guest questions, preparing reports, documenting and reporting suspicious activity. Contractor will provide an appropriate number of licensed unarmed event staff, supervisors and event managers during events, including pre-event parties, VIP receptions, artist meet and greets, and other activities taking place both inside and outside of BAPAC to maintain the safety of the theatre venues and guests. CAD will provide Contractor with an anticipated attendance for each event, a requested security order, and the Contractor will ensure that the event is properly staffed based on the corresponding predetermined staffing level. CAD will have final approval on all staffing numbers for an event.
