Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Mateo County Office of Sustainability (OOS) seeks a contractor to provide on-call graphic design services and communications support in promoting and conveying information to community stakeholders, partners, targeted audiences, and the general public. The goals of this contract are to promote programs and assist with the delivery of information and messaging to target audiences. We are looking for a contractor with the ability to quickly understand the diverse issues, communications challenges, and audiences of the OOS, work with a wide range of OOS staff to develop communications materials, present a vision for how to tell a story across different media, and convey complex information simply and effectively.
